1. Service Scope

ConferenceSaver provides corporate event feasibility assessments, venue sourcing advisory, and technical production consulting. Formal engagements are executed via formal Statement of Work (SOW) contracts.

2. Intellectual Property

All framework blueprints, site audits, and published methodologies are the proprietary intellectual property of ConferenceSaver Advisory Private Limited.

3. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
